Gaddafi Appears to Be Becoming More Unstable

Surprising video shows Gaddafi "celebrating" him still being in power. It seems like he is in his own little world and has lost thinking logically. When I first saw this video, I thought the leader of Libya is acting a lot like Charlie Sheen. What do you think?
