KFBK - If you're an avid gardner then you know this past week's cold snap has been pretty tough on your plants.
KFBK's Garden Show Host Fred Hoffman suggests looking at the base to try to find any green growth, "If you look through the foliage and look for new green growth at the base, but you might not see that new green growth until spring time, so you have to really patient," he advised.
But Hoffman says there are some plants that you should definitely consider throwing out,
"You may still have some tomoto or pepper plants standing in the garden. They're toast, you can rip them out."
